Coliving, a growing trend for displaced workers

In a world where the way of living and working is constantly evolving, coliving is positioning itself as the solution to address the difficulties of access to housing in large cities. In this context, according to a study by Beka Finance, Spain has 1,200 coliving places, which represents a share of 5.18% of the total number of places in Europe. However, the number of beds in this type of shared space has experienced significant growth and is expected to exceed 5,000 beds by 2024, according to data from CBRE.
