At Harvard Business School, even students who plan to join companies blue chip and have no intention of launching start-ups would be insulted if someone told them they were not entrepreneurial. This is why entrepreneurship is highly valued in today's job market. However, in their recruiting efforts, companies have no scientific way of separating people with an entrepreneurial attitude from other talented candidates and resort to stereotypes.
