Which segments are driving innovation in Business Travel?

Travel managers and frequent travelers who participated in the 2º National Travel Agency Innovation Report (IIAVE2018), prepared by Amadeus, say that hotels and aíneas aéreas are the ‘players’ most innovative in the travel and tourism ecosystem. Experts and suppliers, on the other hand, have a different perspective and rate the level of innovation of travel agencies higher than travelers.
