Leadership or entrepreneurial leadership?

At Harvard Business School, even students who plan to join companies blue chip and have no intention of launching start ups would be insulted if someone told them they were not «entrepreneurial”. And here's why: entrepreneurship is highly valued in today's job market. Companies of all shapes and sizes aspire to be seen as highly innovative, agile and resilient, all qualities traditionally attributed to entrepreneurs.
