Women Leading Tourism, the voice of women's leadership in the tourism industry

With the firm purpose of working for an inclusive, competitive and sustainable travel and tourism sector, where female leadership is better represented, several experienced professionals, including Natalia Ros, co-founding partner of Forum Business Travel, have created the association Women Leading Tourism (WLT). The project will promote policies that improve women's access to quality jobs, promote training and reduce wage inequality.
