Although the majority (78%) of business travelers abide by their company's policy, a study recently released by Travelport reveals that more than 90% of employees do not know the name of the travel management company (TMC) they use to make their bookings. The survey also concludes that online travel agencies (OTAs) have room for improvement in their services.
