The hotel industry in Spain matches average pre-pandemic price levels.

The Hotel Sector Barómetro, prepared by STR and Cushman & Wakefield, shows at the close of the third quarter a recovery in operating income, with levels higher than those of 2019 in indicators such as average daily rate or average price per available room. It also recorded an improvement in occupancy without reaching pre-pandemic levels.
