The average daily expenditure of the meetings traveler is three times that of the leisure traveler

Meeting tourism in Spain recorded a turnover of 10.435 billion in 2022 and is expected to reach 12.1 billion this year, which would represent an increase of 16%, according to a study by the consulting firm Braintrust commissioned by the Spain Convention Bureau. Another of the conclusions of the report reveals that the average daily expenditure of the corporate traveler is 335 euros, an amount that triples that of the vacationer.
