Spanish travelers, the laziest when filing an airline claim

Spanish passengers take on average about 40 days to file an airline claim, while Portuguese passengers take about a month. Passengers from Canada and Norway take the longest to file a claim in the world, according to a study by Air Help. Under EC 261, Spanish passengers can get financial compensation of up to 600 euros per person.
