Spanish companies make little use of internal events for their employees

75% of Spanish companies hold fewer than five internal events a year, according to a survey published by Steeple. However, 62% of employees say that these initiatives increase their motivation, according to another Ipsos report. The correct management of the human team allows companies to achieve a higher quality of life at work.
