Forum Business Travel & Events has held its first monographic day dedicated to the management of ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) in the field of corporate travel. The session, held yesterday at Impact Hub Madrid with the participation of representatives from airlines, hotel chains, mobility companies and tourist destinations, yielded the following conclusions.
