More than half of passengers do not trust airlines when filing a complaint

Spanish passengers' confidence when filing an airline incident claim does not reach even half of those surveyed, according to a poll conducted by Airhelp. Globally, a quarter do not file a claim for compensation because they don't believe the airline will listen to them.
