More than 400 travel managers trained at Forum Business Travel
The continuous training program of Forum Business Travel is reaching unusual proportions. In its two years of existence, more than 400 business travel managers have already attended one of its sessions in Madrid.
“The success of Forum Business Travel's training offer is due to a balanced combination of professional knowledge, industry networking, innovation and continuity of the sessions we organize”, says Óscar García, founding partner of Forum Business Travel and author of one of the modules of the official course that starts on December 3.
The Forum Business Travel sessions are restricted to business travel managers and are held every two months in Madrid and Barcelona with a limited capacity to encourage the participation of attendees.
With presentations by active travel managers and experts in different areas of Business Travel, working groups among attendees and spaces dedicated to new trends and innovation, the FBT conferences have already become a benchmark in our country.
For those interested in further strengthening their training, not only from the point of view of the travel manager, but also from the other actors involved in the business travel and events market, FBT is about to start the Official Course, which will be held at the end of the year; about to start the Official Course, which has a recognition of 20 ETCS credits (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System) corresponding to 500 teaching hours. Its online platform, a system in which the UNED has been a pioneer, allows geographical flexibility for students.
“The appearance of the official course of Forum Business Travel not only fills a gap in high-level training on business travel management, but it also provides the opportunity to improve the quality of business travel management; It does so at a time when the demand for professionals in this field may rebound, due to the need for Spanish companies to go abroad”, stresses Natalia Ros, founding partner of FBT.
The Official Degree is made up of five modules, plus an end-of-course project, which reviews in a practical and exhaustive way all the keys to optimize a travel program, from a technological, legal or financial point of view, among others. The syllabus also places special emphasis on the latest management trends.
