Lack of resources and protocols for negotiating TMs with suppliers

Spanish travel managers have a long way to go to improve their negotiations with suppliers, according to a survey conducted by BD Sky consultancy during the Forum Business Travel sessions in Madrid and Barcelona. Lack of resources and protocols are the main shortcomings.
