Inconsistencies between travel policy objectives and traveler behavior

Nearly 70% of travel buyers say enforcing policies is one of the most challenging aspects of their job, according to a new report released by the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) in partnership with RoomIt by CWT. While travelers book in breach of travel policies to access their preferred accommodations and services, they are also largely unaware of their company's travel policies.
