Hotels in Madrid and Barcelona see a very different pace of recovery

60% of hotel chains believe that Barcelona will not recover activity until 2024 and 2025. In contrast, Madrid is the city that generates the greatest confidence among investors. Of the inland destinations, 31% believe that in 2022 the pre-pandemic levels will be reached.
