Hotel managers denounce Booking for imposing parity clause

The Spanish Association of Hotel Managers (AEDH) has filed a complaint with the National Commission for Markets and Competition (CNMC) against the Booking.com platform for imposing parity clauses in their contracts. According to its criteria, the immediate effect is an “extreme rigidity” in the commercial policy of hoteliers that prevents them from adapting their offers to particular or temporary market circumstances.
