Globalia creates a new brand specialized in the corporate sector

Starting next January, Globalia Corporate Travel, the new brand that will depend on the retail division and which arises from the merger of Halcón Empresas and Halcón Eventos, will begin operating.

Globalia Corporate Travel is the new brand premium specialized in the corporate sector. This flagship, which is the result of the merger of Halcón Empresas and Halcón Eventos, will depend on Globalia's retail division to provide the business segment with greater specialization and customization in business travel, events and conventions.

Halcón Empresas and Halcón Eventos currently account for 35% of the retail division's total turnover retail division, which last year 2015 reached 1,148 million ?400 million. The group forecasts a 7% increase in revenue for its corporate division for the 2016 financial year.

Globalia Corporate Travel will handle travel and events for more than 7.000 corporate clients through two national directorates and more than 200 specialized centers.

The company's objective now in the area of corporate travel and events is to initiate a major international expansion, focusing above all on the Latin American market. To this end, it will open new offices, both its own and through local partners in a project that will see the light of day in 2018.
