Gebta España increases its representativeness with the entry of Globalia Corporate Travel
The incorporation to Gebta España of Globalia Corporate Travel, the business travel division of the Globalia group, culminates the process of grouping the major brands and leading companies around the project of this association specialized in Business Travel and MICE. According to its own figures, it will come to represent 80% of the business travel intermediated in our country.
With the adhesion of Globalia Corporate Travel, Gebta “comes to materialize the objective of bringing together the main companies in the sector, with the aim of promoting the development of Travel and Mobility Management among Spanish corporations as a lever for growth and internationalization, according to the association in a statement.
This step also represents a new expansion of Gebta's business base, “to enhance the efficiency of the business travel value chain and the defense of the interests of travelers, companies and Travel Management Companies”.
With this incorporation, the association, which represents the main corporate travel management companies in Spain, will now manage through its associates more than 1,000 members;s of its associates more than 80% of the total business travel brokered in the Spanish market, according to its own figures.
