Forum Business Travel launches its new event platform with evenTwo
The sessions of Forum Business Travel, the continuous training and consulting academy on business travel management, now have a new technological platform to cover their events. The system, launched in collaboration with evenTwo, allows live broadcasts, access to all the information, downloading of content and interaction with participants.
The launch of the platform is a further step in the aim of offering the maximum possible dissemination of Forum Business Travel's training sessions without renouncing face-to-face attendance, as has been the case over the last year;presence, as it has been doing during the last year, to the extent that mobility restrictions and space and capacity limitations have allowed in each case. Since last June, FBT has held h events in Barcelona, Bilbao, Valencia and Madrid, and has scheduled ten more events until the end of the year.
«We are aware that face-to-face contacts are and will continue to be essential to develop our training program, but we also want to give the opportunity to industry professionals who live in other cities or countries and can not move. Our goal is that more and more people attend the face-to-face sessions, but with a powerful virtual complement», says Natalia Ros, co-founding partner of Forum Business Travel.
The platform, developed by evenTwo, FBT's technology partner, allows each event to be customized with extensive information on the profile of the speakers and the agenda of the event;of the conference, as well as hosting documents in a download area and offering tools to send questions to the speakers and interact with other participants. The application includes a streaming space to follow the sessions live.
The participation of evenTwo in the project has been essential, as explained by Óscar García, co-founding partner of Forum Business Travel. Thanks to its technology, we can count on an all-in-one platform that provides a lot of versatility. The tool is very intuitive and easy to use, and it improves the user experience in every way - before, during and after the event - both for those who attend in person and those who connect online.
The first broadcast through the new platform will take place next April 27th from the NH Collection Eurobuilding hotel in Madrid. The conference is dedicated to analyzing the different proposals for digital health passports currently on the table to reactivate travel in a safe way. The next sessions before the summer will take place in Barcelona (May 18), Bilbao (June 10) and Madrid (June 23).
