Forum Business Travel & Events launches generative AI productivity course for MICE professionals

After the enormous success of the course dedicated to artificial intelligence in business travel, held last May, Forum Business Travel & Events launches a new edition of this training program, this time specifically oriented to professionals in the MICE segment. It will take place on January 29 and 30, 2026, at The Westin Madrid Cuzco, in two intensive days with an eminently practical agenda.

The course will be taught by Néstor Guerra, co-founder and consultant at NCompany, expert in corporate innovation and artificial intelligence, who will offer a strategic and practical vision of the use of these technologies in the professional field. Attendees will discover how to apply generative artificial intelligence to their daily work, combining theory, practice and guided exercises to improve efficiency and creativity in event management.

The program covers everything from the basics of AI —how do machines learn and what are the most relevant tools — to its application in concrete tasks, such as event management;This includes the search and analysis of information, communication and team collaboration, content creation, report writing, and translation of materials. It will also include sessions dedicated to process automation and personalized attention through intelligent systems.

The methodology combines masterclasses, practical cases and applied exercises, with an approach that allows knowledge to be transferred directly to the work environment. In addition, participants will have one month of personalized tutoring after the training, to consolidate the learning and resolve doubts about its application in real projects.

The course includes a good practices for the responsible use of AI in the office, as well as a reflection on the role that these tools will play in the future of work and the organization of events.

With a total of 10 hours of intensive training, registration is eligible for a Fundae subsidy. Places are limited in order to guarantee personalized learning and a fluid interaction between the participants and the speaker.
