FBT continues Los Desayunos with three sessions dedicated to technology

After a first experience last May, Forum Business Travel continues its commitment to Los Desayunos, its new format of divulgation, with three sessions in Madrid and Barcelona dedicated to technology and innovation in business travel. The conclusions of these monographic meetings with industry experts will be compiled in a study.

Within the conference, under the theme of "The Business Travel Cycle", Forum Business Travel will present a report at the end of the year, based on sessions with experts in business travel management, as well as on a field research on the use of the business travel cycle;The report is based on sessions with experts in business travel management, as well as on field research on the latest trends in technology for Business Travel, with three main pillars: new market players, initiatives to improve the traveler experience, and innovative products and services.

For this purpose, and within the framework of the Breakfasts, which began in mid-May, Forum Business Travel has brought together in three sessions held in Madrid and Barcelona several professionals from medium and large companies, both in travel management and in their financial departments. Participants included managers from Arcelor Mittal, Dräger Safety, Prosegur, Isolux Corsán, Laboratorios Rovi, Samsung, Endesa, Chemo Group, L’Oreal, Hiby Connect or Grupo Santander, among other companies.

Along with the conclusions of these sessions monographic, oriented around a limited number of participants to encourage debate, cases of good practices emerged;

Case studies on the end-to-end management of travel to control the total cost, the role of the travel agency, authorization processes, the use of videoconferencing and reporting tools.

“We are very satisfied with the development of the breakfasts because they are an excellent complement to our training sessions from a more specialized perspective. The small groups allow us to go deeper into the topics and have a more real-life perspective on the management of business travel,
