Employees feel more productive and creative during workations

86% of employees agree or strongly agree that "workations," vacations taken without taking time off from work, increase their productivity, according to a survey by Passport-Photo.Online. The vast majority also say they are more creative in this mode and that it helps them cope with job burnout.
