EMA, I'M+, MPI Spanish Chapter y Spain DMCs ponen en marcha la Alliance for MICE (A4M)

EMA, I´M+, MPI Iberian Chapter and Spain DMCs, the four associations that recently left Foro MICE have launched a new entity under the name Alliance for MICE (A4M). According to its promoters, the federation will work with public administrations and related national entities to promote and position the sector and boost its economic recovery.

The new entity will have a transversal structure, in which the presidencies of the four member associations and a spokesperson will be represented.

“We are working for the presentation of A4M in a few weeks in Madrid. It is an exciting project that has the commitment of all the associates and it is an honor to contribute to the continuous improvement of the sector”, comments Iñaki Collado, spokesperson of A4M.

According to the communiqué sent by A4M, the objectives of the federation are to exchange knowledge, create synergies and disseminate the economic importance of the sector in terms of job and wealth creation.

In addition, "its mission is to make Spain a more prosperous and competitive country through the search for new business models in the field of innovation;The search for new business models in the MICE sector, boosting professionalization and adapting the sector's capabilities through the knowledge and experience of all its players”.

To do this, A4M “work “ with public administrations and other entities, national and international, offering specific proposals to promote the sector, so it aims to bring together the main players in the world of business travel ”.
