With this new organization, two key areas for business development will report directly to Martell: Operations, led by Rosa María Martín, and Customer Maintenance (Account Management), led by Marta Fernández. This consolidated management team will enable the company to advance in service specialization and improve the experience of corporate clients, adapting to the new demands of flexibility and sustainable profitability.

The company frames this change in a strategy of alignment with the objectives of the Travel Live group, chaired by Rafael García Garrido, which seeks to strengthen the position of Nautalia Empresas as a strategic partner in the integrated management of business travel. Among its priorities are the personalization of the service, the intelligent use of technology and sustainable growth, based on long-term relationships with client companies.
