American Express Global Business Travel and Amadeus renew their strategic alliance
American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) and Amadeus have renewed their long-term strategic technology agreement to address the challenges and opportunities of the changing business travel industry.
The agreement further strengthens Amex GBT's B2B travel platform by leveraging Amadeus' technical capabilities to help deliver an enriched, high-quality customer experience and operational efficiencies.
Amex GBT will use a wide range of Amadeus' solutions through the renewed technology partnership to deliver services and support to customers, as well as provide leading-edge disruption management solutions.
Amex GBT will use the Amadeus Travel Platform to offer customers the broadest possible range of content, including content from NDC, in an efficient and scalable manner across the Amex GBT marketplace.
According to Rajiv Rajian, Amadeus EVP and Chief Commercial Officer, Travel, Americas, said: «our reach across the travel ecosystem allows us to connect the dots in a way that overcomes content fragmentation”.
