80% of workers want to return to the office at least three days a week

The pandemic has accelerated the penetration of telework in many companies in Spain. However, a year after the onset of the health crisis, employees are already showing signs of burnout and lower productivity due to the physical distance from their colleagues. Therefore, when normalcy returns, 80% of workers want the office to be their primary place of work at least three days a week, according to a study by the consulting firm CBRE.
