Self-booking tools increase more than 20 points in Spain in just two years

The “II Observatory of Technology and Innovation applied to business travel”, prepared by Amadeus and Forum Business Travel, reveals that self-booking tools have experienced a remarkable progress in the últimos two years. In the 2013 study, only 30% of the companies surveyed used this type of solution, compared to 53% that use it today.
