48% of hospitality and tourism companies fear a talent drain this year, 16% more than the Spanish average, according to a survey published in the Hays 2020 Labor Guide. In terms of turnover, workers in the tourism sector show a greater willingness to change companies, with 75% of employees claiming to be actively looking for work.
