Cybercriminals use new variants to block contactless payments and steal cards

Digital security company Kaspersky has discovered new variants of Prilex, the advanced malware focused on transactions involving Point-of-Sale Terminals (POS). It can now block contactless (NFC) transactions on infected computers to force the victim to insert the credit card into the POS and steal the money.
