Nearly half of hotel guests would be willing to pay a higher rate for an establishment with more technology, according to a study presented by the Instituto Tecnológico Hotelero (ITH). Among other aspects, wi-fi is essential and a determining factor in the choice of accommodation and check-out management, the aspect that generates the most negative feelings.
