Spain, the most competitive European country in meetings and events tourism

Although it is not explicitly specified in the VAT law, LIVA, which has been in force since January last year, several queries from travel agency associations to the tax administration have resulted in a body of doctrine that allows this tax to be deducted from meetings and events organized in our country.
