A new training channel

Undoubtedly, one of the world economy's best termóa is the evolution of corporate travel and, as well as éesta, it can not be denied that they are going through times of great uncertainty. In this situation, travel managers are becoming a key figure, although their role is not always recognized.

Given the new challenges and tasks that corporate travel management is requiring, we saw the opportunity to create a platform focused mainly on training. In order to successfully develop the project, we thought it should cover the national scope and cover the needs of companies of different sizes and sectors. We have also tried to involve travel managers to design the platform according to their interests and concerns.

Thus Forum Business Travel was born, a channel for travel managers to keep up to date in an activity without many specific training options. The project will provide knowledge from the respect to other existing proposals and without seeking any competition.

Although online communication is gaining more and more strength, from Forum Business Travel we do not want to lose sight of the value and the difference offered by face-to-face training. That is our bet, both for the quality it can provide and for its potential for networking, without renouncing, as is logical, the support of technology, Internet and social networks.

The first conference will take place in early February in Madrid and Barcelona. They will address the travel policy to face the crisis, an aspect of the greatest current interest for companies. In addition to a lecture, the sessions will include a practical case study, a guest destination and other activities that we will be revealing in the near future. The participant in each day will leave with a set of knowledge to apply in their company immediately.
