What are the specific features of business travel and why is it important to specialize in this segment?
Business travel is an activity that belongs to two worlds. In the first one we have the company that sets some objectives, some criteria. It is made up of people, and these people exercise functions and responsibilities. For the fulfillment of these tasks, they need to travel, and this is the other world, the world of travel. A changing world, subject to particular regulations, to practically constant changes, in differentiated geographical environments, where the actors are many and different.
Coordinating or fitting these two worlds, requires specialized knowledge, and knowledge in various subjects. Being able to have all these elements in one continuous session allows us to have a greater perspective of business travel, the different aspects that affect it and, above all, the ability to put into practice what we have learned the next day.
What knowledge will the participants acquire in each of your blocks?
The participants will have on the table the whole range of elements that are part of Business Travel. Both the business side, as well as the travel side. Even additional elements of which the travel manager should be aware, such as the safety of travelers.
In this "business" there are no axioms. We will transmit our knowledge, based on experience, and our training and knowledge. Our goal is to enrich the knowledge of the participants and make them participants in a practical way.
How will they be able to apply the content of the course in their professional life?
In an eminently practical way. Our objective is not to turn the training into a mere exposition of contents, but to provide the participants with the ability to put them into practice the following day, and each one in their own organization, to the extent of their possibilities within their attributions. We should also look for those attributes that in my opinion every travel manager should have. If we are able to transmit how to solve the different approaches in a practical and clear way, we will have achieved our goal.
