Preview of the agenda for the next edition of IBTM
The IBTM, the most awaited event of the MICE sector is approaching. From November 17 to 19, nearly 3,000 suppliers and more than 9,000 professional organizers will gather at the Fira de Gran V & iacute; a, who have the opportunity to share three days of networking and training programs. In this next edition, the following destinations and convention bureaus will be welcomed for the first time a a the following destinations and convention bureaus: the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Bulgaria; the National Secretariat of Tourism of Paraguay; the Commune di Napoli; the Directorate General of Tourism of Luxembourg; the Ibiza Convention Bureau; Prague City Tourism; India Tourism; Turismo Euskadi; and the Sri Lanka Convention Bureau. Other first-time exhibitors at the show include Dorchester Collection, Europalco, GOAPP, Sandals and Beaches Resorts, Etud Event Technologies, TapCrowd by etouches and World Hotels.
The event's latest news revolves around the Meeting Leadership Summit, which will take place on November 16, one day before the start of IBTM World. Around 200 international leaders from the meetings industry will gather at the El Born Cultural Center, which will be the setting for an evening of networking, enlivened by a themed dinner.
Another centerpiece of the show is the Knowledge Programme. IBTM World's educational program offers buyers, exhibitors and visitors a wide range of topics, including current and future trends, as well as key issues that may affect and will affect the industry in the years to come.
In this edition, all training sessions will take place in the newly created ACS Knowledge Village, composed of four thematic halls. This new feature is intended to provide visitors, guest buyers and exhibitors with an easily accessible learning platform in the exhibition area.
The program revolves around a series of central themes, such as the importance of connections, the implementation of event design, tools to increase productivity, and the importance of the event's success;productivity of the organizers, the inspiration from outside, innovative events and the big protagonists of the events industry. Moreover, the Spanish-language training program will be presented in collaboration with some of the industry's leading associations, including ICCA Iberia,,SITE and MPI Spain.

IBTM World makes it easier for professionals to deepen their relationships and expand their network at events where a tie is not as essential as at the Welcome Reception (November 17), the Networking Hour (November 18) and the Club Night (night of November 18, at Opium Mar).
These events allow both exhibitors and visitors to interact in a more relaxed and cordial atmosphere, creating closer business ties not only with potential buyers, but also with other companies.
