For the first time, more than half of Spanish SMEs implement equality policies

For the first time, more than half of Spanish SMEs (52%) say they apply equal opportunity policies in their company or business, a milestone that points to a structural change in the business culture of the Spanish productive fabric, as revealed by data from the 2025 edition of the II Report on SMEs and Self-Employed Workers in Spain by Hiscox.
